2004-Germinie-"Gigi",3, is a leukemia/Down's syndrome patient living in Bristol. She went with her mom two adopted children Bristol. She has requested a Disney World with her mom and trip.

2005-Tommy -Tommy, 11, lives in Silverdale, PA (Bucks Co.), he has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and is scheduled to travel to Disney in November.

2006- Matt – Matt is a 7 year old from Warminster who is scheduled to go to Disney in the fall. He has ALL which is Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

2007- Aryelle - Aryelle is an 8-year-old girl who is scheduled for Disney August 13, she lives in Levittown.

2008 - Anna - Anna is a typical 3 year old  from New Britain who loves the color pink, eating grill cheese and cupcakes and watching Elmo and Blues Clues.  She is scheduled to go to Disney in November.
